Xiao long bao, also known as Chinese soup dumplings, are small steamed buns filled with meat steeped in a
savory soup. These bite-sized flavor bombs are among the most famous Chinese dishes and have become closely
associated with Shanghai.
Xiao long bao are traditionally stuffed with pork, while modern variations include seafood and vegetarian
fillings. Our signature dishes include crab and pork soup dumplings and other Shanghai-style dim sum. We
complement our main offerings with appetizing Shanghainese dishes such as spring noodles in sauces, dumplings,
potstickers, and scallion pancakes.
